Founded by Buddy Maughon in 1969 as Northeast Meats, the market provided fresh cut meats and fresh produce. When Buddy retired in 2000, the market was re-opened across the street by his sons Rhett and Mark Maughon as Oak Grove Market. The market still offers the same community atmosphere and quality products.
